PLAIN TWP. GlenOak two-year starting quarterback Reid Worstell will attend Ohio State University as a preferred walk-on to the football team, according to Golden Eagles head coach Scott Garcia.
Worstell (6-3, 212) is a two-star prospect, according to recruiting networks Scout and Rivals. He reportedly had a full-scholarship from The University of Akron.
Worstell completed 134 of 231 passes for 1,863 yards and 10 touchdowns, as the Golden Eagles finished 8-3 and made the Division I, Region 2 playoffs. He also rushed for five touchdowns.
