The Polar Bears made a valiant effort in the second half, scoring 21 points in the fourth quarter, but came up short.
Jackson quarterback Grant Seanor led the offense going 20-of-37 for 259 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions. He also had 66 yards rushing, including a 2-yard TD run.
Nate Kanam was Seanor's leading receiver with eight catches for 108 yards, including a 5-yard TD catch. Jake Batcho added six receptions for 86 yards.
Will Logan was big on both sides of the ball for Jackson. He rushed for two touchdowns and also returned a fumble 25 yards for a TD.
Fitch quarterback Jon Ballard rushed for 140 yards on 31 carries and a touchdown.
