JACKSON TWP. Hoover's Erick Howard rushed for 211 yards on 29 carries and scored three touchdowns as the Vikings claimed their second straight Federal League title.
Hoover quarterback Brett Tulodzieski added a 45-yard touchdown run for the Vikings. He also threw for 51 yards with no interceptions.
Jackson's lone score came on a 35-yard fumble return by Wyatt Lloyd in the first quarter.
The Polar Bears led 7-0 after the first quarter and went into halftime tied at 7-7 with the Hoover. The Vikings outscored Jackson 19-0 in the second half.
